Yes - I love my church - which is really the people. I love to worship God though. Blessings.

Some churches and other religious buildings are rather pretty....
.... at least the really old stone ones, especially with the gothic architecture. Newfangled wooden ones are vile things.
Of course I always stay outside. I generally find graveyards and the trees that grow in them to be delightfully peaceful and pleasant places. The insides of churches, while occasionally pretty to behold.... tend to invoke a rather bizarre reaction in me: Asphyxiation. I put it down to the smell of the pews.... but I have immense difficulty breathing in churches, and have passed out from lack of air on almost every occasion I have been forced to stay in one for any length of time.
So I prefer to just stay outside where I can appreciate the atmosphere without oxygen-deprivation.
Of course this only counts if they have a graveyard. Middle-city churches with no semblence of surrounding greenery are horrible things.

I know for a fact I'm not going to a church or a mosque or any other religious building this weekend. I'm staying at home.
