Apply for a job in any hospital. I suggest, trying Cleveland we have soooo many hospitals, like the Cleveland Clinic or University Hospital. Cleveland is trying to be known world wide as the best health care providers. There are hundreds of jobs for health care here, especially nursing. Good Luck.

Apply for a work visa. Go through the proper channels, sot that way there will be no surprises about your national status. Nurses are very high in demand, so you should be able to find a job very easily!

You can illegally enter the country and try to find a job.
You can apply for a work permit.
