May be you could loose 20 pounds in 3.5 weeks but it's not advisable to do so. One should loose weight gradually. One should be patient with matters of health.
One way to keep weight in check is to go on a vegetarian diet, have meals on time, drink lots of water and exercise regularly.

Nope. Not in any healthy way that won't make you ill, anyway. Losing weight takes time and consistency. Fad diets only make the problem worse. I suggest having this discussion with your doctor so that you can get on a proper diet and do it the right way. Anything else will result in ill health or you putting the weight right back on. exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.

well you would be looseing mostly water, and thats not good for you..
i would say go for runs/jogs and eat better for the week, run in the morning it starts the matabalism better.
Oatmeal/fruit for breakfast
light lunch, fruit and sandwich
dinner, chicken, fish, veggie
simple is better, oatmeal helps with hunger, less food fills you up more and work out
