It happens to everybody at some point of life or the other. Life is like a test and u have to take these tests whether or not u get good marks or not. Nobody likes to struggle but they have to.
From what u have written i can say that u need to focus on diverting your energy towards positivity by doing meditation, yoga and any type of exercise and that also outdoors.
And like madderthantheh told also visit a therapist.
Get connected with God if u r not giving time towards it. Listen to any religious music and relaxing music with your eyes closed and let your mind sway to the tunes.
I can tell u this from my own experience.I Often feel like what Hulk does but i do not have those powers. I feel a Rage inside of me but u have to realise that u have to take a step towards a Healthy Living. An effort towards Health both Physical and mental, always gives result.
God bless you.

Two words, Ms. cutiepie: control issue.
We want our destiny, but we want to know how it's going to turn out. We want to be able to see it coming so we can prepare for it. We want to do all the right things to make sure our destiny is in the proper place. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way and often leaves us frustrated and feeling like we will explode.
I feel for you, hon. Try to remember that God is sovereign. He will provide for you what He has in store for you in His own time.
Try to remember that every day you have lived has brought you to where you are today and try to make the most of each day you are given. Maybe a volunteer activity?? Where your focus would be on serving others rather than allowing room to think over your "problems".
I really don't know for sure, but hope maybe you found some help here. You are a beautiful child of God.

It is very difficult to cope with life sometimes. I'm sorry that you are going through so much turmoil in your life. I think what you are feeling is acute anxiety and perhaps some depression. Everyone sometimes in their life needs an objective advice to help them cope when they are feeling overwhelmed. What you describe as feeling you are going to explode is called "hyper-vigilance."
A few sessions with a therapist who specializes in cognitive therapy might help. Just three or four sessions with a trained professional would likely help you put things back in perspective. It is normal that life gives you move than you can handle sometimes, but don't be afraid to ask for help. If you don't wish to speak to a therapist, speak to a clergyman or a priest or better yet a trusted friend or family member.
However if you are having trouble coping a professional is best for identifying the issues that need to be taken care of and can tell you methods of how you can deal with various situations and\or persons who may be the source of some of your anxiety. Best wishes and good luck.

You came to this site for a reason so PLEASE do not listen to the rude non answers of the Atheists. They are being very insensitive to your situation!Speak to your higher Power who ever that may be. Draw strength there. You can try natures medications. Valerian Root can help with anxiety, so that you won't feel like exploding! It can also help with sleep problems, Melatonin 3 can also help you to sleep better. Getting a good night sleep is essential.St Johns Wart can help you with Depression. These are all very affordable. Therapy is also an option. If this sadness continues. There is no shame in receiving therapy.Or spend time with friends. Go for a ride out in the country, read self help books. I hope that someone here can help you.Good luck!

You must be indigo! I am, and the same way. Yesterday mom called me up (she is 72 with PD) asks me to take her to get hair coloring so I can do her hair this week, she said she would call me later around 11- well come noon I still don't hear from her, so I call and my father blasts me "what the hell are you doing, waiting until the hottest part of the day to take your mother out, she's been waitin' all morning for you to call damn it" yells at me, I yelled "SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME!"
She gets on and says "oh, I said I would talk to you later, thinking you would call ME" I was so annoyed at that point I said I would take her this morning to the store.
Well, doesn't she call me saying her and dad are going to breakfast with their friends, she will talk to me later?
WTF?
I have no life I guess, my daughter is 12, she is tired of spending every summer tending to mom mom and pop pop's needs, I mow their lawn, groom their dog, take mom to doc appt's grocery stores etc.. my 2 brothers and 3 nephews do NOTHING! It is ALL on me!
So I know what you mean, I feel like losing it myself, my husband tells me to back off and not kiss my parents @ss so much but the guilt of my mother's Parkinson's makes me keep doing for her. AND no one else helps them- yet my parents do all the time for my brothers, I don't get it. I am 40 yrs old, you would think things would have changed by now, instead I still revolve my life around everyone else. Tending to elderly parents, and my own family, especially a day like yesterday I felt like throwing things and letting loose my anger.
You can't change people, only how you react to them, it is a learning process I guess, taking a slow, deep inhale through your nose (counting to 10) and a quick exhale out the mouth to release the stress and just say "f' it" And go do something that makes us happy FOR OURSELVES for a change.

Just relax... Spend some time doing your hobbies: reading, playing a sport... Have some fun with friends or family. Just try to take your mind off of whatever is stressing you, and your emotions will dissipate eventually. Good luck.

I have that feeling as well, honey. I just try to occupy my mind by doing my favorite activities(reading, playing video games, etc.). The feeling hasn't gone away yet...but it's getting there.

the reason "Why can't i just let things go " because if u really see the reason is that you are the one that holding, even though you think you want to let it go.
if u think you really want to be happy you can be, don't let your emotions take over you...(dont think about it)
