my girlfriend complains all the time, about the way i sleep, my work (i'm an hr manager) ,my friends, my family, my dog, basically nearly everything, she gets frustrated with me all the time. she even complains with the way i eat, she says i take too long. i can't say anything to her without thinking carefully what i say so that she doesn't get angry. i love her and that is why i care, i know she loves me too at the end of the day, but is difficult to keep her happy all the time when she's in her moods which change alot. what does a person do in a situation like this? is there anything one can do?

So what are YOU doing right now? Complaining. Hmm...

I suggest you and her get into some couples' counseling. Sounds like you two could really use a mediator to identify what is really causing your problems so that you can come up with constructive solutions. Good luck!

She sounds extra high-maintenance, and you're worried about her getting angry at YOU! Thats a bad sign. Talk about this, it seems rather unhealthy and you two might benefit from a mediator as Mr Taco suggested.
I hope it gets better.

Well of course you wanna be thoughtful since you love her, but perhaps not reacting to every single one of her moods might make her complain less.

Kick the B**** out. Why in God's green earth would someone what to put up with that S*** all the time. I surely wouldn't and haven't. I have kicked out a couple of'em in my time. I'm going to live in peace and harmony or by myself.
