I have no idea why ppl are like this, but the only suggestion that i have is that you report this behaviour to the post office manager. If this does not resolve the issue, you can allways check this web-site and vent your views on the matter:

Wish you all the best

It's not you at all, it's the woman behind the counter. Why do you complain to her supervisior.

Could perhaps find another Post Office in your are area you could go so you do not have put this.

The woman sound like a complete nutter.

The best answer i can give you is to just keep smiling at her when you aproach the counter, and carry on smiling until you have done your buisness there. It will confuse the hell out of her!!! It once worked for me, Good Luck. P.S I`m 50 next month, i will let you know if the same thing happens to me xxx

1. Definitely go over her head and send in a complaint.
2. Don't write about your wrist that may have been broken 'if'.
If a forklift had been dropped on your foot, that might have been broken too. But it wasn't.
Stick to what happened, don't complain about what might have happened.

This is totally inapropriate and is enough to get an employee dismissed. You will need to talk to her supervisor. I'm sure you are not the only one who has notice this behavior. You need to take action or she will think it's ok to act this way.

What could she have been thinking? Customer Service depends on where you live. Some people don't like other people because they don't like other groups and they don't like being told how to do their job .

You don't have to put up with that, Report her, and if possible use another line so you don't get her again.

Definitely report her to her superior. That was just uncalled for.

I would speak to her supervisor. If she is mean to you, chances are, she is mean to others, too.
