Try system restore.First click on start then all programs then accessories then system tools then restore and then you will get back your audio driver.

Well, if you have no ad on your comp I'm not sure what you're supposed to do. Maybe you could try reinstalling your sound card driver. That might work.

go to device manager check for drivers if not present re-install

You'll need to re-install the driver for it (usually off of the manufacturer's website). Or if your computer is Dell, you can download it directly off of their website. :)
