Just wondering if guys look for a girl who is rich, or come from a rich family? or is this somehow intimidating, or off putting when they find out the girl is rich?
Assume the girl is not snobby and does have a great personality.

Girl with great personality and not a snobby ... which is also rich. Why not?
I see the being rich is a bonus not a must.
What is important is know the person the good bad and the ugly. the person is trusworthy and reliable during bad times, And of course Commited to the build the relationship.
$$$ make life easier but don't gurantee inner happiness.

I and my fellow guy friends dont really care about how much a girl makes. If anything I would find it intimidating if the girl makes a lot more money than me. But if she just comes from a rich family then I wouldnt feel so inadequate.
Usually its the girls that seek out the rich guys

Wel if is someone to just mess around, I rich girl would be fine. But if is a girl that I'm looking for to spent the rest of my life, I would look for some onte that meets my needs and shares the same dreams, she doesn't have to be rich, all she has to do is love and be honest w/me.

Nothng wrong in looking for a rich girl. Nothing wrong getting a rich girl at the end also.
But how you can get a rich girl is another scenerio.
if you Feel connected wih rich girl then it's good.

Money doesn't really make a difference, I wouldn't care whether she was rich or poor. It's not really off putting if she is rich, unless of course she is a snob obviously.

For me, it doesn't matter. But I knew a guy at my last job who forbode his girlfriend from taking a job because she would have made more money than him (Keep in mind he was 19, and supporting his girlfriend and their two kids on $13 a month)
If she has money then more power to her, but it's not going to effect how I feel or make me any less of a man.

Its not important, but guys just want girls to have a lot of friends, causing an eruption for you to get the clothes the popular people so they'd accept you.

a girl with great personality would do for me. but i cant afford talking her out to expensive places :( she might be used too.
