They like to bribe me with money. Like for dinner they gave me 300 bucks for eating 15 slices of pizza. Since this started i have gained weight. Now I am 5'5 and weigh 165 pounds, and i am only 12. My mom is such a good cook and i cant help myself, plus it is alot of money. What would you do.

oh my god..your parents have got to stop that! 15 slices of pizza?! you have got to be kidding! 1 is enough for me, 2 would make me really full already! talk to them and tell them that this is unhealthy, at age 20 you might be a candidate for diabetes, heart ailments, obesity

wow that is really weird! tell your parents about how you feel and how they should at least be paying you to do something more healthy!

tell them to realise the dangers this type of food is doing to you! long and short term! there are so many risks if you eat large amounts of fatty foods containing too much fat.

Trans fats are seriously toxic, causing premature death and illness on a massive scale. They have been linked to health concerns such as Alzheimer's disease, type 2 diabetes, omega-3 essential fatty acid deficiency, raised cholesterol levels, obesity and coronary heart disease.

this doesnt mean to cut out all fatty foods, they are ok in moderate amounts - but what you described in your question is very concerning!

exercise is brilliant obviously, but to ensure a healthy life style you must eat healthily too, and doing exercise does NOT cancel out the bad food you eat altogether, although it does help so definately do it.

also, there are people saying to vomit up the food afterwards, this is the worst advice! never do this! it is terible for your body in so many ways! physchologically and physically here are some:

Repeated vomiting is obviously exposing teeth to the hydrochloric acid in the stomach very frequently, this will erode the teeth and cause unpleasnt dental problems.
Vomiting also causes swolen salivary glands, that can be visible on the outside of the neck.
Weight fluctuations.
Kidneys may start to function poorly which may result in odema (swollen feet and ankles)
Irregular heartbeats
Muscle weaknesses
Epileptic seizures
Heart attacks and strokes- which can result in death!
Decreased blood pressure
Dry skin

I am afraid this is main reason for obesity.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Is your Mom and Dad trying to send you to an early grave? Eating a lot of food is not healthy at all! It can cause so many different health problems and you do NOT want to have a bunch of health problems throughout your life, it's not worth the money. Your Mom and Dad need to bribe you for something else, like doing work around the house or for exercising, or getting good grades. Stop taking the money for over-eating. I don't know why they would want you to eat so much. It's crazy!

well 15 slices of pizza is VERY unhealthy....even 3 is unhealthy! No offense, but your parents are very immature to do this stuff to you....like the money or not, you are going to die of a heart attack before you turn 18 if you keep this up. you really need to exercise if you really are hungry for that much food...input output...when theres a lot of input, and no output, you wind up 600 punds when you are 30 years old. (I know eating can be addictive, but you really need to work out a lot if you are going to continue the current diet.)


I would NOT eat so much...even if I was paid $300...there's no point... all it's gonna do is make you fat...

Tell mom and dad to keep the money and spend it on all healthy foods.Let them no that you want to lose weight and they can help you by buying proper fresh and healthy food instead of pizza.Also if they a are a little overweight ...if....it can only help them also.good luck

Tell your mother that your life is being ruined by their bribery and tell them you want to be healthy. So no more money for eating, they have mental problems. This is all providing this isnt a grand fish story....sniff sniff,,,yep fishy smell

Take the money and go puke it back up in the toilet, or go to the gym for an hour straight before the eating contest to speed up my metabolism.
