A 'ghost' is supposed to be a spiritual part left over from a person when they die.
A 'spirit' is an entity without a body...like an angel or a demon.
there is a difference.
Jesus had access to the Old Testament. And this is what it says;
(Ecclesiastes 9:5-6) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.

Jesus never denied it,\.\

So he would not have used the word ' ghost'

I think it's normal to believe in ghosts. But earthly ghosts gotta be some kinda evil spirits, or lost-souls, or... or... spooky beings. Hense Jesus Christ the living God is code-named The Holy Ghost, there's a difference. I would want my house to be haunted by the Holy Ghost, I would want the Holy Spirit to possess my soul, I would want the Holy Ghost to disturb me from sleeping so that I dont miss the Rapture and the Great Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Amen.
In fact - I would love to grab my harp and sing to the Lord:
"Great and marvelous are your deeds,
Lord God Almighty.
Just and true are your ways,
King of the ages.
Who will not fear you, O Lord,
and bring glory to your name?
For you alone are holy.
All nations will come
and worship before you,
for your righteous acts have been revealed."
Amen Haleluija Jesus.

Jesus was possebly suffering from a problem with a production of too high serotonin, which would cause him to have a permanent state similar to the one caused by LSD. This way he would possebly see many thing in his life, amongst some would be seeing and hearing a voice, he would associate with God.
