I've spent many days in a lab as a Lab Med Technologist and, I think if a way was thought of, it's been tried, you can't get ahead of us. We've seen every trick in the book and a few that aren't. Get used to it, your not going to win.
Don't do drugs, don't drink to excess and, you won't have to worry.
By the way, if you take any of this advise here, "drinking water, etc" go ahead but, remember, we know what's suppose to be in your blood or urine, if it's not there, your going to have to wait until it's cleared.
You have many chemicals that is suppose to be in your blood/urine, by drinking lots of water, your flushing out your system, we'll just wait, you will too, then we'll test all over again, your not going to in.

try q-carbo. also don't drink a huge amout of water.. drink water and urinate thats a key thing in cleansing the system, just don't drink too much water or it will throw off the PH balance of your urine
