Yes, with a dentist he can ask that a payment plan for later be set up.
For free services have him check with the city's health dept to see if they offer a free dental clinic. If not check to see if there is a dental school close by that can be of help.

I'm sure you can find a dentist that will let you pay the bill later. My mom had a root canal a few years ago and she paid it off over a few months.

Well i dont think there are any doctors who will allow him for free but yes only if there is an Free dental camp is going on. or u can ask the doctor to give him the permission to pay it in installments or pay it later or by anyother means which are comfortable to both the parties.good luck.

if u live in a 1st world country then dental services should be free.
if not, just be patient, the tooth will fall out by itself eventually.
