Convection oven used hot air to circulate around the food, actually blows the hot air. THe microwave is microwave technology with a little radiation. It heats the water molecules in the food up, turning them to steam.

a microwave oven zaps food using radiation, it gets hot but it genetically alters the food........no wonder so many people have cancer.........think i'm lying? search up on what happened to this nurse that heated blood in a microwave and the person who got the blood transfusion died....and secondly why are there warnings not to heat baby formula in microwave ovens? There was a huge debate when these first came out, i guess some coverup occurred and now everyone has one.
convectional oven is safe, has a heating element and a fan to circulate heat with the air(convection)
