A Christian is basically a person who holds that there's an expression of divinity in New Testament that needs to be affirmed by some type of acknowledgment via the will. However the confusing thing is that different sects of Christianity hold different notions on how this is done and who has the authority to interpret the New Testament. Some early Christians held that Christ was not divine when he died, that the God of the Old Testament was not the same God as the New Testament, or that the Old Testament had holy status. In other words, a hell of a lot of confusion that was mainly resolved by force. In our own time Christianity exists in so many different forms it's hard to tell what a Christian is except by giving a super-wide answer like I did in the first sentence of this answer.

A theory is scientific term used to say that scientists have tested something in every way they know how, and since it hasn't been disproved, they believe that it is true--yet it doesn't have enough supportive evidence to be a law.

A fact is something that is true--but not necessarily scientific.

Fiction is something that is made up--a fantasy.

A hypothesis is an educated guess that scientists make before they begin testing.

Theory: an idea that has not been proved..similar to a Hypothesis

Fact: an accuracy typically something that has been proved or has physical evidence supporting it.

Fiction: good books...something such as a story that is not necessarily true.

Hypothesis: A word that took me three different tries to spell it correctly..
A theory that in most cases will be attempted to be proved by scientific investigation. Also the first part of a science fair project.

Better yet go grab a dictionary and you will learn that a theory is somewhere in between a hypothesis or a mere guess and a law or an absolute truth. It is called the THEORY of evolution NOT the LAW of evolution. When a theory carries the same weight as a law, I may take another look at evolution.

I don't think they are allowed to use wikipedia, they can only look at that conservative one. Or they could look in their book but as Homer says 'this book has no answers'!

why address the question to christians ?
would the definitions be different for Hindus or Jews or Buddhists ?
your ignorance is showing...
I feel sad you need to belittle others to feel better about yourself...
BTW, reading the answers here I see Cogito has blown you clean out of the water, if I were you, I would be tempted to gracefully concede, as you have no legs left to stand on...
