If a girl is already in a love relation, and another guy comes in her life who loves her and the girl acknowledges it. What circumstances can make the second guy a winner ?

The second guy is already a winner. Wanna know why? Because if that lady is contented with the first one, why to be involved with another man? That only means that she's not satisfied with the first.

1. a good friend
2. more marry-able
3. there for her when her own relationship was bad
4. Is more genuine
any combination of the 4
my friend has has been close to this girl for 6 years... but she's had two boyfriends within that period.. single for awhile..
but she acknowledges my bud's like for her and always leaves the door open for something to happen other than just be "sister-brother" best friends...
and now her relationship is quite rocky... so yeah.. it depends on what happens betwen the original couple

ok, hold on, let me read this again. the 2nd guy can only win if she feels more respect and love coming from him, and if she feels the same way back. if she ackowledges it, and thats it then guy number 1 is fine, but if the girl and guy number 2 begin spending more time together, then that might not turn out so good for guy number 1
