If you are referring to worshiping or keeping holy on the Sabbath day, it is Saturday and NOT Sunday.
Sabbath starts at dusk [evening] on Friday and ends at dusk on Saturday.
Peace be with you.

Most people have this wrong, completely wrong. According to the Bible(s) that I read, the answer is anywhere and at any time. Furthermore, we are NOT to judge others or allow others to judge us as to when we worship! People get that wrong all of the time! They want to argue and argue about Saturday and Sunday like they are the only two days allowed. They are NOT!!!
Paul gave us insight, and Jesus too. Jesus said anywhere:
John 4
21Jesus declared, "Believe me, woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. 22 You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."
Paul gives us the answer anytime:
Colossians 2
16 Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. 17 These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ.
and:
20 Since you died with Christ to the basic principles of this world, why, as though you still belonged to it, do you submit to its rules: 21 "Do not handle! Do not taste! Do not touch!"? 22 These are all destined to perish with use, because they are based on human commands and teachings.
So we upset ourselves with vain arguments that have no basis to uphold. Our God is the same God on any day, and we are set free from the bondage of tradition.

The Bible talks about the Sabbath day, to keep it holy...The week tradionally starts on Monday, but "Sabado" is a Spanish word Meaning "Saturday" and is a derivative of the word "Sabbath". But it also says that when God made the days of the week, on the seventh day, HE rested. The seventh day to us is Sunday, so traditionally this is the day that we save to worship. I think it is safe to say that anyone can worship GOD anytime they want to!!

the Bible in the New Testament speaks of the Lords day which is the first day of the week or Sunday. actually to prove this when Jesus repeated the commandments of Moses he left out the sabbath which was Saturday for the Jews. It is Sunday because we celebrate the resurrection the sabbath on saturday was for the Jews of the Old Testament.

Biblically the sabbath is the seventh day. Which day is the seventh? We don't know which is the seventh because we don't know which is the first. The bible doesn't say.

The bible says to remember the sabbath day to keep it holy.
To me that means one should remember when it is. It is our Saturday.
