Not directly. But someone who is under stress is not going to have as strong an immune system as usual, so that person will fall ill more easily. Ergo, there is the fever.

Stress can affect ur health in many different ways, including fever. It's best to get rid of stress as soon as you feel it! Running works for me, but you can try a variety of things. Its better to do something outsside, since fresh air and nature helps relieving stress. lol i sound like a writer!!!

Besides the fact that stress causes your immune system to weaken, the fact of the matter is that stress often increases heart rate and aggitation. More muscles working unnecessarily equals more heat. When you exercise, your body temperature rises in this fashion as well.

My wife believes it, so I do too, now :-)

Any thing she says, I take care of. She is my angel, but some of the time, my homebrew remedies work just fine.....

For example, at a Padre Game, she was complaining of cramps...I went to the stand and ordered two waters...she drank one, and was fine the rest of the nite.

Most of her stress is me, working so much not being around so much, but I say.....Do you want me home watching the TV or at work, making some money?

I know stress is a big thing, it stinks.....stress is like a housefly, it never goes away, no matter how much you shoo it away...yes?

I suggest knowing what it is that causes you so much stress, that way you are prepared to take it on. My sweet wife, she knows I works to support us, so she can love our children. For you, it might be something else.....who knows.....

Just try to understand what stress you have......Then you can do things to face it....
