I have two pictures on a slide, how do I make the whole slide as a picture?

Sorry enable to understand your Questions.

Open your PowerPoint Presentation File,
Click FILE TAB and Save As Option and SAVE AS windows appear than in SAVE AS TYPE option select .GIF, .JPG option and save your file. after this your file become a Pictures (Photo).

Sorry what? you'll have to be a little more specific.
If you mean that you want to make the two pictures act as one object then just select both, right click and go to Grouping->Group and henceforth whenever you click on one both get selected.
If you mean that you want the entire slide to be filled up by the picture then do the following. First remove all those preset 'click to add title' and 'click to add subtitle' and what not. Then insert your pictures. Then just select them one at a time and then use the little white buttons and enlarge it.

Go to Format> Slide layout - all different options of the layouts will appear, just double click on the one with a whole-page picture or any other you like - it will replace the current layout

Hi, take a screenshot to the whole window and then paste it into paint and then save it as jpeg.
Take a screen shot by pressing printscreen on your keyboard.

Use File > Save As. Change the file format to JPEG.
