Well, from a Navy Veteran, I have to say..
Please give up on your dream of Military service.
I almost feel that you are joking and that is why I don't feel sorry for you.
I met some of the dumbest people in the world while I was in the Navy, a couple of them were actually Mentally retarded, I kid you not.
Anyway, my point is that all these people passed the Asvab, so I certainly would not want someone who failed it 3 times coming into the service.
I still find it very hard to believe that you could fail. The Military just wants to know if you have half a brain, that is why the test score is very low that is allowed to pass, and the degree of difficulty is very low for the ASVAB test.
If your statement is true, I apologize for any harsh statements I have made and wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors, as long as the Military is not one of them.

I had a horny prime ranking and most effective took the examination as soon as on a significant hangover. I used to be regularly a well scan taker. I uncover it rough to think that you'll be able to fail that scan, however with so much of it normal feel, you must bear in mind running for your studying-comprehension and basic math. Study manuals are not going to supply you the solutions, they're most effective going to aid you get ready and realize how the scan is laid out.

Yes sir, look at it from another angle. If you actually study with a tutor, your score will increase considerably. It is best not to choose a field until you take it because with a very high score, you can negotiate better. I almost said negotiate for a better MOS, but I do not know your service of interest.

If you didn't study once, then yes, you should study and take it again.
If you DID study one or all of the times (things like arithmetic and vocabulary), then I would suggest you just forget it because the ASVAB is an aptitude test - meaning it measures ability, not knowledge - and if you even studied and still didn't pass, then you probably won't no matter how hard you study.
Good luck whatever you do!

depends. after you failed to qualify for a job in the military( one doesn't just plain fail, per se) did you go out and get a study book, work on the bits you needed to improve, or did you just take it again with no refreshers?
in other words, what have YOU done to improve your score? if, after three times, you have done nothing then don't bother, you obviously don't want in that badly.

Try the Marines. Their inteligence test consists of a round peg goes into the round hole, square peg in the square hole etc etc, and you don't even have to get it right the first time! Seriously now, there are books that can help you prepare. If you want it bad enough, study.
