Lightning is a source, and the Earth has a continulal flow of electricity of sucn intensity that it can melt rocks.
However it does cost money to extract it.
The basic rule of 2nd law of thermodynamics is "Nothing can be aquired without paying a price."

I'm gonna have to agree with the person that says live with your parents....i actually have an apt, but parents pay the electricity.

But use anything natural.....
solar, wind, hydro electric, waves....
You have to pay for the equipment to harness the power....After that its free....don't have to pay for resources to extract the power from.

You can't. It is physically impossible to obtain electrical energy without something else supplying the energy in the first place.

Don't pay your bill. When they come out and turn it off....plug it back in. Of course, they will catch you and then you'll have to pay it, but it'd be free for a bit.

Or maybe you could get one of those hamster wheels for humans and generate your own.

Solor power,or make a wind mill conected to a REALLY BIG generater unit without the engine of course,and mount it and let the wind do the turning,will it work i doubt it.Solor power is your best bet.
