If the world becomes a utopia, it would be due to the hard work of people. Or because humans became extinct.

Well I just found one sample website about utopia and from my brief readings it has nothing to do with miracles. It seems as if they have researched the cold hard facts of what it would take to rid the planet of preventable disease, starvation and so forth.

And utopia is different for each person because obviously we are all different.

One concept I heard a while ago was that with utopia you may actually euthanise those deemed as mentally retarded or show signs of illness for the best chance of human progress.

As in survival of the fittest.

Well, by definition, a utopia is a society without defects, capable of sustaining itself, and everyone is not lacking any needs or wants.

Communism is one means to such an ideology, only problem is, we've never had a real communist government, according to my understanding of Marxist beliefs.

It would take a miracle to have a Utopia, because there are so many differences in the world, that hatred prevents harmony, and lack of harmony creates dystopia (or the exact opposite of a utopia).

No,that would be when our local self government bodies like city council,municipal corporation etc start working earnestly and honestly.This could be called a miracle alright.
