If you look at cities that have a hispanic population of 80% or higher you will see a city with hispanic elects in office solely..... I consider this a form of racism in itself.......this is my biggest concern about the illegals...poltical...I could care less about the jobs and other bs...thats all secondary to the politcal consequences of legalizing these mass peoples into America!

I think it all just sucks and racists are in the hood waiting to jump on whitey and in Latinaville waiting to jump on whitey! And whitey holds no office in either of these forums and yes you are correct , that is racism! Keep the word out, America is catching on my white minority brother! God Bless!

Currently, the Obama administration is refusing to enforce the immigration laws on the books, and they are not doing a very good job of controlling the border. Not that Bush did, and that was why there was a conservative revolt against his amnesty plan that had no enforcement and border security included. So, it is the same with Obama's plan - without border security put in place, without enforcement of current immigration law - no sane person would support an amnesty bill because the only that would happen in that more illegals would come in. The idiot president and his moronic "moats and crocodiles" quote, and the idiots who parrot it, are not operating in honesty or reality. The fact is that our borders are porous, and the government is not doing anything about it, and that failure has monetary and human costs, including the victims of all the criminals that illegally enter this country with the blessings of liberals. Once we stop the influx, then we can deal with the ones who are here. That is the only rational and logical thing to do.

Then their choice Fatah (their )candidate.
Hispanics in positions of power are not going to be any
different than Anglos, Blacks, or Asians. This will still be America. the sun is still going to rise in the morning.
You have been reading to much of the hatred printed on these Internet sites. I can not believe how low people can get by printing all of lies on those, sites but I guess that is freedom of speech.
We have our instigators the same as you have yours, nothing is going to change this is still going to be a part of America.

If I look at cities that have a hispanic population of 80% or higher and I see a city with hispanic elects in office solely I consider this representative democracy in itself.

People vote for the person that more accurately reflects their opinions. If you are in a place where the population is 80% hispanic you are obviously going to have more hispanics running in that election then any other race because that means 8 out of 10 people in that city are of hispanic decent. so you are more likely to end up with someone who is hispanic running for office and that person is most likely going to represent your views.

When I consider the illegal immigration issue, I think on personal terms, not political. Although, I do wish that politics would wake up and smell the coffee.

You start talking about an ethnic group, but then switch mid-sentence to talk about a legal status.

One has nothing to do with the other. And it's not racism for people to vote for the candidate they like.

if you think about it, america is a mostly white nation with only white presidents. isn't that racist then according to you?

i agree with you that voting on the basis of race is wrong. but you have to look at the full spectrum, here.
