I want to know the cheapest hotel option which should be near to both JFK Airport newyork and Central Park,NY

Have you looked at a map? Central Park is in the center of Manhattan, JFK is in southern Queens. You can't really be close to both.
I would recommend you go to a hotel in Queens near the subway. That way you can get the subway to Central Park and anywhere else in Manhattan, and you can take a cab to and from JFK.

then look for locations near central park area or where you want to be and compare what they offer. there are even reviews there of the hotels by travelers

there in two completly diffrent places, its gonna have to be either or. hotel by the airport or hotel by the park and nothing in the cities cheap your better off finding a hotel in long island city or off queens blvd.
