Is it oily or dry? If it's dry you can try Fructis XXL product that you spray on the roots of your hair. If it's oily, you can just do a light perm on it. It won't be curly, no, don't worry.

Have you tried thickening or volumizing shampoo and conditioner? I have very thin, flat hair, and I use Pantene Pro-V Full and Thick shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair look a little thicker. Pantene also makes a volumizing root lifter, if you spritz some on your roots and blow dry your hair, it will help give you more lift. Try blow-drying your hair while holding it straight up. Good luck!

tease or rat the hair at the top, grab a small portion of hair at near the roots and run a comb back and forth until you feel a "nest" building up, then hairspray it.
a head band if positioned right can make your hair look volumized in the back.
Also flip out the ends of your hair.

well there is always moose or anti flat products like sunsilk or a quick and easy soultion is leaving your conditioner on for a while, conditioner when left in your hair starts weighing your down which creates more volume

Hope this helps, good luck!
