No, your sister's cat could be seriously sick or have a parasite. Take her to the vet. Cats ovulate when they have sex.

No Cats do not have periods. They have heat cycles. If you are seeing blood then you need to take your kitty to the vet for treatment of an urinary tract infection.

This kitty has a kidney/urinary tract infection and is sick. She needs to take it to the vet. There is blood in the cat's urine.

Yes, but they usually don't bleed. It could have a urinary tract infection, i would google any symtoms or odd behavior
