Yeah, snakes represent "deception through lies". White can represent "inoccence or not harmful". Even yellow represents goodness. Your dream is about some type of deception trying to overtake you, but it has not been successful. As for the part about not being able to move or speak that is a different subject and is related to things of the demonic realm. That is the presence of a demon which has inspired fear in you. And whenever he comes to your presence he brings fear with him. And the fear he brings with him is what's paralyzing you. I have had this also happen to me when I was younger. The nature of fear is always to paralyze, hinder, and cripple.

You didn't give too much info, but here goes...
White represents purity and the snake represents evil (or something bad) which is confusing, but putting the two together, you dreamed of something purely evil. Weird huh? But the good thing is in your dream, you stood your ground and didn't give into it, which tells me you are a generally good person. You resisted evil, congratulations!!
To make these dreams stop, try this... Befor you go to bed. sit on the bed indian style with your eyes closed, clench your fists for a minute, then release/relax for a minute and repeat five times. This is a good tension reliever. It may help you.

Snakes generally represent an enemy in a dream. If it didn't get you, that's a good thing. Perhaps it's saying to not respond to something/someone that's making your life a bit difficult and that thing will tire of trying to get you and go away? Sounds right to me.
The thing you're mentioning, about not being able to speak or move at night, is called 'night terrors' and you're not the only one who has them! You can get medicine to help ease the attacks from your doctor. Or just don't respond to it....perhaps that was what the dream meant! Yes, don't respond to the night terrors next time, just tell it (in your mind) to go away and that you're fine. Don't panic! Just go with it and let it pass, you'll be okay. See how that works for ya!

According to Dreamcrowd:
To see a rattlesnake in your dream, represents the passage of time. See also: Snake
To see a bed in your dream, symbolizes a dependent relationship. You may feel the need to be protected and cared for. Your dream maybe telling you to regain some control and independence in your life. Alternatively, it represents a new project or fresh start.

The Snake means you must move from where you live now, it means run for your life!
The fact that you have the second weird thing happen, means a spirit visits your room. May be a good spirit Or a bad spirit but a spirit none the less.
