If he cant be what you need then why be with him, he sounds like he has a case of the lazes and you making excuses for him isn't helping anything... tell him to get off his a.ss and work a long term job or you'll just have to go and get a real man... which you should do anyways...

If he's hopeless at holding money or keeping a job, it sounds like he's got impulsiveness issues, which can turn to addictive behavior leading up to drug/alcohol problems and narcissistic abuser behaviors. The whole reason for dating a guy is to find out how he's going to be as a future mate, and it looks like you know enough about him and his family to see a warning flag or two. I'd say trade him in for somebody more respectful and stable. Look for a guy in your local construction worker's union that works like crazy, doesn't have time to date, but is living alone.

I once was looked upon that way. It took me a while to find my niche. Now, I am well off. And much better off that shallow women fell by the wayside. Money means nothing. You are shallow.

I'd say if he cant get a job and has trouble making money then you should leave him and get a guy who has a good job and makes money and has his life set up but if you don't want to leave him try and help him

Fine to see him and care about him but don't marry him or have any intentions of building a future with him. Him and his family will bleed you dry and take every ounce of goodness from you.
