I will write it as ahKH-toong
the KH is that harsh sound in Hebrew, Spanish, Arabic, and Russian. Like Scottish Loch.

Ock toong. I would represent it phonetically, but don't know if I have all the symbols available. Anyway, "ock" as in tick-tock. Toong, as in 2ng. Ock toong, as in Achtung, baby. (Title of a U2 album.)

It's pretty difficult to explain the german "ch" sound and Timothy has put it very well especially referring to Spanish - he means the way "J" is pronounced like in "Javier" or "Guadelajara"
The "A" is pronounced like in "garden"
T is T
the "ung" part: u is pronounced "oo" but short - like English "ing" but with u
Does not help so much I fear
