Both because milk has many nutrients but water is the best when it comes to hydrating you. So you need one for the vitamins and which tastes better in my opinion, and you need the other for the best hydration possible which doesnt taste as good. But thats just my two cents.

Well milk has calcium, vitamin D, and protein which are are important, and water is good for general hydration and flushing your system and whatnot. Since I'm lactose intolerant, I'll have to go with water though.

Well since you get 97% of the water your body needs from your diet I would say making a point of drinking milk is more important. However since I am vegan I would encourage you to drink Soy Milk since it tastes better, is better for you and doesn't require the mistreatment of an animal to produce...

Our bodies are made up of something huge lik 90% water and is far more important for our health while milk is a great source of vitamins and minerals it is not essential as is water

Both are good for you! Water keeps you hydrated. Milk has calcium to give us strong teeth and bones and protect us from osteoperosis. Drink skim milk if you're over 10. Don't need all that fat!

Milk can't hydrate you like water, your cells need water or you won't survive. But milk has nutrients and vitamins and calories that water doesn't have. So it depends on what you need at the moment!

We need to drink both water and milk. We start our life drinking milk and latter on we also drink water.

Both are very important for you...especially if you are a caucasian female. You are much more prone to osteoperosis in your midlife to later years...so drinking your Calcium and vitamin D is a must!
H20 is another very important on, a bit more important than milk, only because without this for 1-3 days, depending on your body size, you could become severly ill or die!
