Female. age 41. yes I have suffered from depression. Since I was 16 years old. I have bi polar disorder. I have contemplated suicide in the past. I have not attempted suicide. Sometimes I think about suicide. I see a therapist monthly and make phone calls to her when I am overwhelmed by something. I take an anti depressant and a mood stabilizer. Anti depressants make a significant difference, but I think talking to a therapist is necessary as well, the two combined really.

1a, yes, I have suffered from depression in the past.
1b, it lasted for around 15 years, and then I figured out what was causing it.
1c. negative self-conversation. The inability to understand the power of the words we speak to our self.
2a, yes, I have had several people that I loved commit suicide, and after that, you cannot help but put it into your list of possible options. (that is until you understand how your own self conversation influences you).
2b, no.
2c none
2d no
3a yes
3b no
3c. depression can be caused by real physical/mental problems that are beyond the ability of our brains to think through them, or they can be caused by our ability, as human beings, to conduct a conversation with our self that is unhealthy. Understanding the power of our own self-conversation with our self, and how it is generated, can greatly help a person to understand that they are not the conversation that they are having with their self. Not identifying with this self-conversation by creating quit in the mind will help many. Stepping out of time and into now.

a million. Do you have scientific melancholy or think of you need to? I easily have been clinically determined with scientific melancholy and bipolar illness and that i've got taken the appropriate styles of drugs as a manner to no longer sense the indications as heavily. 2. once you sense depressed does self-injury pastime you? I easily have self-harmed on and rancid in view that i replaced into eleven and am now 15. I easily have been self-injury loose for a pair of months yet each each now and then sense like relapsing.
