She more than likely will begin to vomit. Do not force her to vomit. Do not give her anything to drink or to eat. Call 911 right now or take her to the nearest emergency room. Do not put this question to a vote, it is your daughter's life you are gambling with. I realise that accidents happen but this borders on child neglect. If there is a next time and it more than likely will, it may prove to become fatal. Take heed you are supposed to be a responsible parent. Try being one and do the right thing.

You ring Child Welfare and have them care for the child until it can go into foster care, be adopted or go back to you when you are able to care for it since clearly you are an irresponsible person who should not be allowed a child at the moment.

Ask her to blow smoke rings? Take her to a doctor/hospital for exam? Don't feed her water so her stomach expands?

Lastly, stop using her mouth as an ashtray! sheesh...
