Brisk walking is great for burning fats and trimming tummy fats. With the right diet.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for 2 years.

There is a water weight reduction alot of salons or massage therapy places do. You have to drink a gallon of water the day before you go in then you get this cream put on you and wrapped in plastic (sounds silly I know) then you sit for about an hour in the wrap and you will literally loose inches of water weight. I did this for a photo shoot. It's not a permenant fix by any means but it helps to look more toned. But to loose weight in a week is really onlly crash dieting and that is unhealthy and when it comes back its often even more then before. So be careful but good luck!

I agree with Dances - you'll lose 2 or 3 pounds tops unless you go to the extremes. Don't do anything like that, it could mess up your body permanently for a short term thing.

I would suggest eat 85% less food each and every day leading up to the wedding.
Do exercise twice day.
Drink plenty of water.
Think positive
Pray.

So... you have a week - and you'll lose, what, two or three pounds, tops? Is there really a point to doing this?

fastest way to lose weight is laxatives. i am not sure what all you do. but it does do it how much is the more concern. anyhow it does help or just eat grapefruit bananas and pure meat it will do it. no bread or anything like that.
