I'm pregnant and can't seem to eat enough of it. I'm afraid it's not that good for me! AUuugh!

It is very high in sodium - you shouldnt go over 2500mg a day.
Its not the healthiest thing to have and i am not a fan of junk food or anything premade, but its up to you.

you are better off and healthirer for your child eating steamed vegetables. more tasty too.
