I have leftover Kahlua coffee cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory, are my step siblings, who are 14 and 16, allowed to eat it without my supervision?

The alcohol in foods cooked with alcoholic ingredients is driven off by the heat so only the taste remains. Go right ahead serving it.

Yes. When there is alcohol in foods, the alcohol is cooked off leaving behind just the flavor. A few examples are jack daniels sauce, Penne a la Vodka, rum cake

Yes, just like they can eat beer battered chicken or like a bratwurst cooked in beer, most of the alcohol just cooks out so you should be fine. Plus, nobody puts enough alcohol in a food where you get drunk!
