Watashi no namae wa Lingga is most closely to "My Name is lingga"

An easier way is to say "I am a lingga"

Watashi wa lingga desu

Your name would still be Lingga ! No matter what language you say it in!! Are you thinking they would say it differently? Unless you have a Japanese name your name would still be pronounced the same way I would think !!
