Many people, theists included, struggle with the issue of God's revelation. They say, if God exixts why doesn't he give us more evidence? Why isn't He more obvious? What do you think? God does supply sufficient decisive evidence, though the evidence is different from what we naturally expect. What evidence do you think that could be?

Simple. God says "If you seek me you will find Me if you search for me with all your heart." People aren't looking for God.

Actually, it's humans that seem desperate to make him part of their lives. They forget.

He kicked us out. We did the one thing he told us not to (Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil) and we've been eating of it ever since. Then we wonder why he doesn't hang out with us.

Frankly, if I had an option and didn't love all of you so much, I wouldn't be here, either.

(For those unclear on the subject, love does not require "like", nor does lack of "like" mean "hate").

We were taught a little lesson in infant/toddler care training:

Hypothetical scenario: When do you step in, pick up the child and comfort him?

The child is crawling around. He goes behind a table. He gets his leg between the table let and the wall (already some of the teachers are indicating they would step in here, while the professor shakes her head).

The child starts to pull. His leg won't come free. (several teachers speak up here to say that HERE is the place you step in. The professor shakes her head, one of the teacher students gets upset and shakes her head to demonstrate).

The child pulls harder, he calls out (more teachers, through out, keep speaking up, still with the professor saying, "no").

The child whimpers, pulls harder, goes backward, goes forward, he cries, testing, looks around for an adult, and then cries loudly. He looks around and finally gives up, quietly whimpering and collapses to the ground.

By this time we were convinced our professor was the most heartless monster we had ever met.

Then she said, "You should never rush in and pick that child up. Ever. That is not your job, and you do the child a disservice if you do that."

"So what do we do?" angrily asked the first student to get upset.

"Watch for a bit. When the child reaches the stage when they are clearly running out of options, get ready. When they are clearly upset, but not ready to give up, that's when you move."

"You sneak up quietly, being sure they don't see you if at all possible, even creating a distraction using another teacher, something elsewhere in the room."

"You move the table JUST ENOUGH that the child notices the difference and MIGHT get free. Get out of there. Disassociate yourself from the act. They don't need to know."

"The child will try again. They will not associate 'trapped' with 'adult saves me'. They will learn to try, try, try, more an more, and collapse and give up less and less."

"You will have given that child a wonderful gift. 'Independence'."

"If you help that child, and they see you, then the very next time something happens they will do whatever they did before to prompt you into running to their aid, whether it was crying, whining, banging their head, whatever they think it was and regardless of what it actually was, and will stop trying, repeatedly trying to get your attention rather than fix the problem themselves."

"Is this what you want for the child whose parents trust you?"

--It was a thoughtful group that left class that night.

It was a few years later I realized that it was a good description of God.

God doesn't give you anything,it is man's vision that God is
the Father of Jesus Christ, and both of these Sky pilots have
never and will never reveal themselves to any human Being
(man or woman) whilst they are still breathing.Christians are
Spirit Chasers, they need something to believe in,because they haven't grown up yet.If some one out there told you
(Christians )that an Alien Being is the real Jesus and that they had proof beyond reasonable doubt, you would believe it!! Because you are Ghost worshiper's.
I am a Satanist of my own doing,i Don't believe in JC or G
and am never likely to,for me it is a waste of time, and more
to the point JC never used a church to talk to any of the people in acient history, that was a human concept.

God is every where present at all times. we just need to be quiet and listen. have you ever had some thing happen at just the right time? like a job come through when you really needed it when you hadn't been able to find one and there seemed to be none out there? or other things just drop in your lap "out of the blue", things just work out better then you expected in a situation? I have all the time. that is God. I see God every where, in every thing. not because I expect the bush in my lawn to burst into flames and my answers to be written in my sidewalk. but because I listen to that gut feeling, go with it and it always stears me right. I think people are looking for the burning bush instead of listening for the "still small voice" that is always speeking to us.

because he wants us to believe in him even if we can't see him or hear him or touch him. if we believe in him we have the ultimate faith. there is some evidence god exists. how do you think the world was created. by magic. how do you think humans were created. by magic. no by God!!!!!!!!!!! how do you think you were born. you were chosen to be the way you are. God put together an individual sperm cell wtih a egg cell so you could be who you are today. with out him you wouldn't be yourself.

god does not have to give anymore evidence. his evidence is in the bible. its just that you kind of people are to lazy to get up off your butts and read it, and because of that you think god does not exist or the bible is just a bunch of fairy tales, or that god was not their for you. if he was more obvious he would have everyone turning their hearts over to him. he gave you a choice to accpect that the bible is true or not, to give your life over to him or to reject him. so before you start whining about why god does not show himself, look at the bible. and when you ask why god sends you to hell, he does not. you are sending yourself to hell. or think about it this way if you are driving and you drink. and you crash and kill someone and yourself. it was not the your friends in the back that killed you but yourself. if god wanted mindless zombies, he would have given us no choice. but he is so compassionate and loving that he gave you a choice to accept him or reject him. so before you ask "why does god send you to hell" or something like that. think about this.

what evidence more do they need? He is everywhere.
look around you. who else could have created you or this Earth? people who do not believe in Him don't because they have no desire.. either that or they're lazy. it's "too hard" to have to worry about being good. He is obvious if you let him be. not many people do that anymore.

God's greatest evidence of Himself was the sending of His Son to earth to live a perfect life, do powerful miracles, and bring salvation to the world. You are living proof that even though God gave that undeniable evidence of God you are still not willing to believe.

There is no evidence to support any theory of the existence of god, so the answer is obvious: you can't see what isn't there.

it is no longer faith if there is no question of him being there. then it is a fact. he wants to know those who will believe in him during the hardest times when we are most likely to give up on him. i believe he is out there because things have happened for me in the strangest ways when i have asked for them. sometimes it takes a while but they always seem to end up being what i need.

People arent looking instead they are looking to disprove His existence. Whats up with that? The evidence is everywhere its just that its normal for us to see it everyday. Peace out............
