That depends on your schedule. The recommended time for meals is like breakfast at 8:00 AM then Lunch at 1:00 PM and dinner at 6:30 or so. Although I generally wind up eating dinner at 8 or 9 ....

It depends on how late you stay up..if you go to bed at 9 p.m. or earlier than I would say about 5 or 6 p.m. but if you go any later than that I would say 7 or 8 p.m. would be appropriate for dinner. You never want to go to bed hungry.

That depends on when you wake up in the morning, and when you go to sleep at night. Generally, in the U.S. most of us eat our 'dinner' (the largest meal of the day) at least 4 hours before we go to sleep ... which is 'good' because we would get 'fatter' if we ate our heaviest meal much closer than 4 hours to bedtime ... but it's extremely 'difficult' for people to go over four hours without eating, so we tend to eat a 'big dessert' and get fat from that. It would be far better if we could eat our 'largest meal' shortly after we wake up, or no later than four hours after we get up, then eat two more 'smaller evening meals' so we can go to bed feeling 'comfortable' but not 'full.' But when you eat your own dinner, and what you have at any meal is up to you ... and I'd hate to live in a world where I 'had to eat' what others decided for me ...

To my opinion I say that a little before 6 is the best time so that if you finish early, you can go for a walk or do something in the meantime to digest your food! ^_^
