What hairstyle&color for...?

Question

I'm getting my hair cut for my first day of high school this saturday.

- Long, Oval face
- High forhead
- Side bangs on the left
- Light brown natural colored
- Naturally straight, frizzy, and flips out at the ends so I straighten it. WILL NOT hold any curl.
- Long, right past the bottom of my bra strap in the back...
- Pale skin, freckles
- Blue-Green eyes (lighter-medium) They change and are a mix.
- Hair more towards the thicker side
- I'm 5'9" and very skinny, with a skinny long neck

Cut it 4 or 5 inches below your shoulder and have layers put in it and keep the side bangs
