Dying it using Revlon Colorsilk. and was worried that going to the beach 10 hours after i do it would mess the chemicals up. by the salt water ... does it?

Don't see a problem unless you swimming in the ocean. It may make a difference if you have lightened it or dyed it a darker shade than wear a hat for extra sunscreen either way.

i don't think it could hurt. more like it could be embarrassing if any residual color starts leaking into the water while you're swimming.

If you have already washed it all out of your hair I think it should be fine.
