I have anxiety, im have a physc. but im thinking about taking creatine, ive taken it before but only for a few weeks, im 16 male, but i know creatine raises blood pressure because it makes u drink more water and when ur body takes in more water ur blood pressure rises..that means my heart could pump faster and my anxiety could increase right? So should i start taking creatine again?

You make a good point which makes sense. Creatine's effect on blood pressure are an open question. Since it has the effect of fluid retention in muscle, it might increase blood pressure in the same way high sodium levels do, but this has not been established or refuted.

If you are a heavy consumer of red meat, don't expect dramatic results from creatine supplementation (1 pound of beef equals approximately 2 grams of creatine, and 4.6 grams in every pound of herring. Over 2 grams per pound in most fish).

If you want to start a cycle of creatine I'd ease myself into it and monitor your anxiety levels closely. If you feel it's negatively affecting your moods then stop taking it. I don't think it would hurt at all but just play it safe. Good luck.
