low carb, high lean protein diet. 30-45 minutes of cardio every other day. dont drink soda. drink 8 glasses of water a day. use a fat burning supplement like Hot Rox if you want. that should do it

Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

I mean im not the BEST expert on losing weight but this is what i tell myself and try to MAKE myself do it too.
Eat only when im hungry
Exercise regularly.......you're not exercising forever so just get it over with.
Eat what you normally wouldn't..........healthy wise (if you don't like a certain vegetable chose the most tolerable one and work with that)
Ummm....Drink water 8 cups a day (too much of it can kill you)
Whats the differene between a honey bun and a carrot stick.

Brisk walking is great for burning fats and trimming tummy fats. With the right diet.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for 2 years.

fast or correctly? fast, diet pills....correctly, a well balanced diet and regular exercise daily
btw, if you take diet pills, loose weight and stop, you will gain that weight back plus some....
