there is a guy frm work, we flirt back and forth (Im sorta seeing someone else too..nothing seriouos), he always says he cant mix personal and professional life, but then continues flirting. 1 time the flirting got a bit much ( via txt msging), so after that 1 friday night I was out with bunch of friends and asked him to come along he was like..'you are trouble, I dont want any more trouble like last weekend' and did not come out, but kept txting me back and forth for the next 3 hrs until 2 am, what does it mean?

May be he really doesnt find it appropriate 2 go out wit collegues. the whole "you're trouble" thang probly means like he might get in trouble if da 2 of u are seen outside of the workplace together [[ gossip/rumors could begin and it could mess up wat he's got goin 4 him at work ]]
or maybe hes got someone on the side too.

I think that he is attracted to you, but doesn't want to take it further ( mixing business and pleasure is a really bad idea ).

he probably does like you and is afraid to go out with you
cause he thinks he would do things that you and him would regret especially if he knows you are already seeing someone.

he probably thinks flirting is harmless fun at work, but doesnt want to deal with you outside work. sorry, just my opinion.

he's playing games with you, flattering his ego, seeing how far he can get you to go. forget him. co-workers are always trouble for each other.
