Since you haven't given us a lot of details, it could be a LOT of things...

* It could be a virus/spyware (many of these are DESIGNED to make it hard to remove them).

* The program might not have been installed properly (and thus the uninstall program wasn't included).

* Some of the program files might have been accidently deleted (it needs ALL the files to be there before the uninstall starts).

* You might have to use "Add and Remove Programs" to uninstall it - or the included "Uninstall" program (depends on HOW you are trying to do the uninstall)

* The program might still be in use. Try closing it down (if it's running), and restarting your computer.

When in doubt, check ANY documentation that came with the program - and this includes readme files ;););)

It's probably part of on operating system your computer either needs or a program on your computer needs, so it won't let you delete it.

you have to close the program if it's open ,before uninstalling it.

It could be that the program is essentioal to the operating system.

cuz you are not administer of that computer , u have limit account that mean , u can not install or remove program.
