BAH will be based on your duty station, not her location.

Okay question first. Will you two be married by the time you deploy? That is the only way you will get BAH or OHA. Only if you are married will you receive BAH (unless you have children that you have custody of).

If you are married by the time you deploy, you will get BAH for the area in which you are stationed at. For example my husband is deployed to Iraq right now, he is stationed from Fort Stewart, if I were to move back home, I would still get the BAH pay from Fort Stewart and NOT the area that I move to. It is based off the soldier's duty station. Not where your spouse is living.

Now if you are married you will also receive family separation pay which is an additional $250 after you have been separated more than 30 days.

And you will also receive Hazard Duty Pay and maybe SAVE Pay weather or not you are married.

Hope this helps
