The trinity doctrine teaches the 3 in 1 stuff. Only problem I see is: when you divide the 1 into 3, they are in fact 3. I'd love to see how they get worked back into 1 after having seperate experiences, and individual thoughts. How is that possible? Wouldn't that be putting two other "gods" on par with the one that is suppose to be the only one?

I have identical triplet nieces: they came from the same cell, they even have the same DNA, but they are not one person. That 3 legged stool bit only works for furniture.

yes, as Jesus did not know what God would do, and ask "why have you foresaken me" , that proves your point right there. The bible is full of contradictions...it just amazes me that people haven't caught on. I believe it is due to a the amount of fear involved with 'not believing'.
Oh Well

When talking of the Christian faith you must remember that things have been rewritten and lost and translated wrong and so forth. But if you go by scripture then heres the way of it as I understand it. There was God and when God decided at one last effort to save humankind from itself and total destruction he gave forth his breath into Mary and made Jesus. Jesus being born of the breath of God was then a Part of God just as your child is a part of you. While you are not the same your child is a extension of you. When Jesus rose in the form of the Holy Spirit it was a extension of Jesus who was a extension of God which makes them all ONE. Which of course you must believe and have faith for any of it to seem possible starting in fact with there was and is a God.
The Trinity did not evolve untill after the death of Jesus so that would be why Jesus prayed to God.

Trinity - Father, Son, Holy Spirit. They are the same person. What that commandment means is that you shouldn't worship Buddha, or any other gods, just the 1 true God Jesus Christ who died on the cross to save YOU from your sins. John 3:16. The trinity does exist and all other gods don't, they are all false idols and gods.

well, the trinity is just that...a trinity. it's like a stool with three legs. each one supports the weight of the person sitting on it. the stool has three separate legs, yet the three legs make up the stool.
I think the most important thing for you to do is talk to a pastor or some other religious leader for further assistance.
you have to also remember that back then people were worshiping false idols and other gods like Zeus and Athena, etc. The "no other gods before me" refers to them.

Crazy conspiracy or not, the catholic church has been leading us to hell for a long time. Take a look at their doctrines and their history. Lying, idols, the pursuit of wealth, persecutions of God's Chosen people. Face it Christianity is based on a stolen God, and so many other sins I'm not going to list them. I'm not bashing catholics in general really, but the higher ups. Catholics are people just like the rest of us, but the Catholic church is evil.

according to John 20:17 If the FATHER is Christ's God and OUR God, and if there is only ONE true God, who can be God except the FATHER.
Why did Jesus pray to the Father (which is God )if he himself was really God? If that was true why does he pray at all for something which is in his own power?
Matthew 26:39 O my Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.
2 different individuals NOTHING ABOUT THE TRINITY is proven. but many scriptures shows this is disproven.

It is the same God.
One is a God that is recognizable, for God Himself is beyond our ken. He had to come down to our level. If He arrived here in His full glory, we would all die from Joy.
To recognize His invisible power everywhere is also a good thing, and not bad. It is not separate from Him, but a part of Him. Without it, we could not even breathe.

The way I see it is One Glorifies the Other and the Glory of One is for the Glory of the Other. The Three are One and the One are Three. Therefore if you Glorify One than you Glorify All, If you miss One than you miss Them all. God is not one to be mocked. Humble yourself in the eyes of the Lord and He will exalt you.( I fail to see where the separate experiences and individual thoughts come from, They are one)

You're not understanding the Trinity. It is three divine, separate persons, but all one God. Where one is, so are the others. Care from some biblical references showing the validity of the Trinity?

It is interesting that this commandment assumes by default that other gods actually exist. And it implies that it is ok to recognize and even worship these gods, just as long as you put Jehovah first.
