how to install two-way satellite?

especially how to direct the sender(on antenna) to satellite
and is it danger to me if sender power is at 200 mW? antenna diameter is at 40 inches

The sender antenna is coaxial with the receiver antenna horn. Just adjust the receiver for maximum digital signal and you have the sender OK too. There is usually a test program in the receiver that shows signal strength on your TV as you turn the antenna so watch for maximum indication.
