The proper Theological term used today is "The Holy Spirit" -- The Third Infinite Deity Person of the Paradise Eternal Trinity Union.
"The Holy Ghost" is an older term for the Deity Person I partly described above.
Yes, the same Deity Person, Who is always a "He" or a "She" Divine Personality, never an "IT"

Ghost is the term used in the king james English. Spirit is the one we use today.
He is one with the Father and the Son and abides with you if you are a baptized believer, he further can infill you with a release of the spirit and you will receive an extra portion of gifts from God.

there's no such thing.. neither exsist. They say it's a feeling of having the spirit of God within you, but neither is needed to have God within his/her body.
