Any meat left outside would attract a stray cat. But I don't recommend this, as rodents, racoons, and other pests will most likely steal the food before a cat comes along. If you really want a cat, go to your local humane society. There are dozens of cats always up for adoption!

Why are you wanting to attract stray cats? Most people want them to stay away.....are you trying to trap them???? If a cat is hungry almost anything will attract them....that is why they are called strays....no food means no home....their hungry!!!

I think any food will attract stray cats, if they are around.

I think any food that doesn't have a smell doesn't attract cats.
