some scriptures read that god wills for all men to be saved, that with love prophecies will cease, tongues will be stilled. That he has the power to save to the uttermost, and that with god all things are possible.

Others read that there is a certain sin that will not be forgiven, and that we should not pray for.

How can we define the line between these two, how can we recognize who can be saved and who cant. He says things like not to judge others and to always forgive.

How can I tell if I am beyound gods love and mercy, if I am eternally damaged or seperated from him?

If you are asking these questions, you can be assured that you are NOT beyond redemption. God is INFINITLY more forgiving than men are. And if you want to repent whatever your sins are and get that forgiveness, all you have to do is sincerely ask. God wants you to succeed. If He didn't you would have died already. "while there is life there is hope" is a true saying. Your being saved and forgiven is not for somebody else to tell you. It is for God to tell you.

The "unforgiveable sin" has to do with someone who has received so much spiritual knowledge and probably heard God's voice promising that his "calling and election' is made sure. And maybe walks with angels. Then he laughs in God's face, denies it all, crucifies Christ afresh by denying the testimony of the Holy Spirit. It is like He denies that the sun is shining when he is looking up into the sky at it. You have not done that, hopefully.

I think the sin that cannot be forgiven is simply willful rejection of the Holy Spirit--aka, not choosing to be saved. Which would make since, if you have to be forgiven to be forgiven of your sins, how could you be forgiven before you accepted forgivness?

All people can be saved. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance ."

geez, dude, ask an easy one next time.

there are 622 Laws of Moses, 10 Commandments, and 3 Requirements.

start with the three requirements

Micah 6:8 He has shown you, oh man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly(1), and to love mercy(2), and to walk humbly with your God? (3)

I am doing fairly well on #1, extremely well on #2, but the humility thing is rough. I can be an arrogant SOB.

good luck, bro. If you can get those three down, move on to the 10 Commandments.

What an outstanding question! There does seem to be a shift in character through fact the years stepped forward even though it replaced into not possibly a shift. As somebody else reported, some years exceeded in between the old and New testomony and the climate and people replaced via the years. God continues to be righteous and he nonetheless hates sin yet he needed us saved so he sent his son to pay our bills. as quickly as, Jesus got here we not had to sacrifice animals or bypass to the extremes. Jesus paid the fee on our behalves. : ) don't get it twisted the Lord continues to be approximately wrath and judgement. we've distinctive his character in many techniques.

God just called and said that you MORE than qualify for his love and mercy. There is nothing to worry about.

He also wants you to stop trying to do the splits, it looks silly, and you should go to Trader Joe's right this minute ( #673 on East Stroop Road or #669 Montgomery Road ) and purchase some cheese. It is loaded with calcium and will help your bone density. ts

God will always forgive those who ask for it. The sin for which one cannot be forgiven is rejection of the substitutionary death of Jesus on the cross. You, obviously, still care about your eternal soul. You need to take time and:
1. Realize you are a sinner
2. Realize you cannot save your own soul from these sins
3. Realize God's Son, Jesus, died in your place for all your sins.
4. Ask God to forgive you through His Son's Death.

Anyone can be saved. Your never beyond God and love and mercy. If your willing then He WILL save you. I promise. You can never be eternally dameaged or seperated from Him if your a christian. A true-hearted cristian. But if you reject His love then you will be when you die.

Please read John 3:16-17 for more about this.

As long as your heart seeks after him, you are never unable to obtain mercy.

Go look up Jeremiah 29:11 and Matthew 7:7

If you care enough to worry about it then you are not beyond Gods love and mercy. As far as other people, that is for God to worry about.
