I highly recommend Noxzema. Of course it's not an acne medication, per se, but it really helps.
A barber referred me to Noxema about 13 years ago, and my face, for the most part, has been clear ever since. Noxzema contains camphor, which has been proven to work well in the treament of acne.
Also, when washing your face, don't use regular soap. Use Noxzema only. Soaps may erase most of the dirt, but they also tighten pores, and can contribute to worsening acne.

ummm depending on how severe your acne is and what type of skin you have, a neutrogena face wash should do the trick and a toner is always nice. same with a lotion 4 in the morning with an SPF. Clean and Clear Continuous Acne Control is also a good washe to try. Body Shop also usually has some good things to try like their tea tree oil line has some good products.
if u have severe acne you can try proactiv. ive heard great things from it. i have used it and it did hep clear some of my skin but barely but my acne was also severe. i also suggest asking your Dr. at ur next appointment and she can give u some samples 2 try or will prescribe u with something. just make sure u stick to a regimen!! and dont give up! and your not alone, 85% of teenagers have 2 deal with acne so just keep trying

ClearPores is great product. It isn't known as much as some others but I encourage you to check their website here:
http://www.easynaturalyou.com/clearpores.html
You get 3 awesome products to deal with acne from the inside too, not just the surface of skin. Two lotions to clean and protect your skin from acne and the best is the herbal supplement that takes care that your body kills all the remaining bacteria that's trapped inside clogged pores. Also help that sebaceous glands produce less oil so that pores don't close again.
My favurite :P

Believe it or not, toothpaste. Just dap a little on and let it dry and wash it off after it's dry.
I don't have acne problems anymore but when I did toothpaste helped me a lot.

For really sensitive skin, I'd use cetaphil -- it's even less harmful than soap. If you have normal skin, however, I recommend brands with a warming and cooling clensers such as Biore. The warming clenser opens the pores and cleans them. Then the cooling one closes the pores and prevents bacteria and oils to enter.

Accutane--you have to have a dermatologist prescribe it and it has some side effects in some people but it is like a miracle when it comes to clearing it up PERMANENTLY. Both of my children took it and so did I.
